This page is for partnering programs and clinicians who already have a business agreement with LCTPS to request coverage for group services within their programs.

Use the form link below to view availability and submit a group coverage request, or text the request to 502-694-0919. Include your name, facility name, unit name(s), and time(s) and date(s) of needed coverage.

Coverage is awarded on a first-come-first basis.
